Last night Thomas got his first bath. Six (almost seven) weeks sounds like a long time to go without a bath, but remember that he really doesn't get that dirty, and the parts of him that do get dirty are regularly cleaned. In addition, when Thomas is asleep, we are not about to risk waking him up by giving him a bath. If he is screaming, we are trying our hardest to get him to quiet down and are not worried about giving him a bath. Anyway, Sunday night we decided to give an alert but calm Thomas a bath.

Overall, Thomas did very well with his first bath. He didn't cry, and more importantly, he didn't spray Mom or Dad.
Love the clenched fists! I'm glad he made it through. His eyes are so big and alert now. You should try to scan in an old picture of Joe in that baseball outfit if you still have it.
