Thomas's first mass

We spent Holy Thursday with Uncle Steven and Aunt Sarah. We weren't sure if we'd make it to mass, because the evenings are normally a fussy time for Thomas. Luckily, mass started at 7:30, instead of 7, which gave us just enough time to feed him and calm him down. He was awake through most of the mass, but he sat very contently in his carseat staring up towards the lights. He fell asleep just before communion. What a trooper! Afterwards we had dinner with Steven and Sarah, and they were very eager to help take care of him, which was a blessing. Sarah even asked if she could change him for us. I'm going to miss having her around.
